The amount due will be located towards the bottom right-hand corner of the patient invoice.
Enter the amount listed next to “Please Pay This Amount.” If you want to make a partial payment, enter the desired amount in this field. The minimum payment amount is $40. To make other arrangements, contact our office.
The call number is located in the top right-hand portion of your patient invoice.
Enter the call number from your patient invoice into the correct field on the payment form. Please ensure you enter this number correctly.
Complete the rest of the form, and select the green “Pay” button.

4. Payment Terms
4.1 Invoices: Payments made through this portal are applied to the patient account based on the information provided. Ensure the correct information is entered to avoid any processing delays. If you need more assistance with confirming the payment is applied to the correct account, contact our business office.
4.2 Receipts: A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided once the payment is successfully processed.
5. Disputes
Any disputes regarding payments must be addressed within 30 days of the transaction date. Please contact us immediately if you believe there is an error with your payment.
6. Security
We are committed to protecting your personal and payment information. Our payment portal uses industry-standard encryption to safeguard your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
